This pudding required two ingredients. Two. And no cooking! Possibly the easiest dessert ever, and it's delicious to boot. K ate a whole bowlful and didn't even realize it was made with tofu. Creativity in Small Bites
The other day, I stumbled upon an itty bitty shop in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Seattle. The storefront of The Aviary is so diminutive, you might miss it if you blink.
