I&#8217;ve been meaning to make my favorite apple dish for quite some time now, and yesterday had just the right amount of crisp and cool in the air to get me going.<\/p>\n<p>I consult mainly two sites for my sweet fixings: <a href=\"http:\/\/smittenkitchen.com\" target=\"_blank\">Smitten Kitchen<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/orangette.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Orangette<\/a>. This &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/orangette.blogspot.com\/2008\/10\/this-old-thing.html\" target=\"_blank\">rustic apple tart<\/a>&#8221; is from the inimitable Molly of Orangette &#8212; since 2008 when she first posted it, this tart has been a regular part of our fall desserts, and it&#8217;s divine.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/sanaeishida.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/rustic-apple-tart2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-6857\" title=\"rustic-apple-tart2\" src=\"http:\/\/sanaeishida.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/rustic-apple-tart2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanaeishida.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/rustic-apple-tart2.jpg 800w, https:\/\/sanaeishida.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/rustic-apple-tart2-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Just as the recipe states, it&#8217;s so unassuming and so easy and just so\u00a0<em>delicious<\/em>.
