I tend to like neutral colors paired with graphic\/modern patterns, simple and clean lines, an almost androgynous look at times. Though K is decidedly past her princess stage, she is still very much a girly girl. At school, the lunch lady told me that she&#8217;s known as the girl who always wears a pretty hairband or hair clip (why the lunch lady knows this about my daughter is beyond me). First up, this floral Liberty look-alike dress is from this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.co.jp\/%E3%81%BE%E3%81%84%E3%81%AB%E3%81%A1%E7%9D%80%E3%82%8B%E5%A5%B3%E3%81%AE%E5%AD%90%E6%9C%8D%E2%80%95%E3%83%91%E3%82%BF%E3%83%BC%E3%83%B3%E3%83%AC%E3%83%BC%E3%83%99%E3%83%AB%E3%81%AE%E3%81%93%E3%81%A9%E3%82%82%E6%9C%8D-%E3%83%8D%E3%83%83%E3%83%88%E3%81%A7%E4%BA%BA%E6%B0%97%E3%81%AE%E5%9E%8B%E7%B4%99%E5%B1%8B%E3%81%95%E3%82%93%E3%81%8C%E3%81%8A%E3%81%8F%E3%82%8B%E7%B0%A1%E5%8D%98-%E3%81%8B%E3%82%8F%E3%81%84%E3%81%84%E6%9C%8D%E3%81%A5%E3%81%8F-Warming-Series\/dp\/4529047008\/ref=pd_sim_b_2\" target=\"_blank\">book<\/a>, and the sheer fabric was a bit of a bear to work with when it came to the frilly parts. And bonus for me, one of the dresses was made out of a knit lace &#8212; I learned that the trick is to line each piece with a thin knit and to treat the two pieces as one. I can imagine her at high tea, nibbling little triangular sandwiches and sipping from dainty cups with pinky raised.<\/p>\n<p>I have a super exciting announcement coming up later this week!
