The other day, as I walked K and her friend S to school in drizzly weather, I listened to their conversation.<\/p>\n<p>S: What if it rained food instead of water?<\/p>\n<p>K: I would want it to rain ice cream.<\/p>\n<p>S: I&#8217;d want sushi.<\/p>\n<p>What followed was an impassioned discussion about the merits and demerits of the two. I heard words like &#8220;sticky&#8221;, &#8220;yummy&#8221;, &#8220;smelly&#8221;, &#8220;melty&#8221; and &#8212; inexplicably &#8212; &#8220;itchy&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>*******************************************************************************<\/p>\n<p>The <a title=\"Only the necessary and beautiful\" href=\"http:\/\/sanaeishida.com\/?p=2553\" target=\"_blank\">purging<\/a> is slow-going. I saw this <a href=\"http:\/\/joannagoddard.blogspot.com\/2013\/03\/san-francisco-apartment-tour-500-square.html\" target=\"_blank\">post<\/a> via <a href=\"http:\/\/joannagoddard.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Cup of Jo<\/a>, and am newly inspired. If a family of four can live that stylishly in 540 sq. ft., I have no excuse with three times that space!<\/p>\n<p>*******************************************************************************<\/p>\n<p>Have a lovely weekend, friends! I&#8217;ll be posting a new outfit for K on Tuesday instead of Monday next week in conjunction with <a href=\"http:\/\/youandmie.com\/2013\/03\/12\/announcing-the-japanese-sewing-book-series\/\" target=\"_blank\">Japanese Sewing Book Series<\/a>. Excited!
